Ebookwaala.in एक Hindi-first digital marketplace है जहाँ आपको eBooks, guides और online courses instant download के साथ मिलते हैं।
Products deliver कैसे होते हैं?
Payment successful होते ही आपको registered email पर download link और invoice मिलता है। साथ ही order confirmation page पर भी link दिखता है।
क्या कोई physical delivery होती है?
नहीं। Ebookwaala.in केवल digital products deliver करता है — कोई courier या physical shipping नहीं होती।
Payments & Security
Payments किस तरीके से होते हैं?
सभी payments Razorpay के ज़रिए process होते हैं। आप UPI, Debit/Credit Card और NetBanking का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
क्या मेरा payment सुरक्षित है?
हाँ, Razorpay PCI-DSS compliant है और सभी transactions encrypted channels से होते हैं। हम आपके card/UPI credentials कभी store नहीं करते।
Refunds & Cancellation
क्या refund possible है?
Refund केवल special cases में मिलता है: duplicate payment, wrong product delivered, non-working link (fix न हो पाए), corrupt file।
Refund process कितना समय लेता है?
UPI – 1–2 दिन, Debit/Credit Card – 5–7 दिन, NetBanking/Wallet – 2–5 दिन (bank policy पर निर्भर)।
Cancellation possible है?
Instant delivery वाले digital products cancel नहीं किए जा सकते। Pre-orders release से पहले cancel किए जा सकते हैं।

अगर download link email में नहीं मिला तो?
Spam/Junk folder चेक करें। अगर फिर भी नहीं मिला तो support@ebookwaala.in पर Order ID और Razorpay Transaction ID भेजें।
Support response time कितना है?
हमारी support team आमतौर पर 24–48 घंटे में reply देती है।
