1. Eligibility

3. Payments

सभी payments Razorpay payment gateway से secure तरीके से process होते हैं।
हम आपके card/UPI details कभी store नहीं करते।
Payment successful होने के बाद products instant download या email link के माध्यम से deliver किए जाते हैं।

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refund केवल हमारी Refund & Cancellation Policy के अनुसार ही possible है। Instant download वाले digital products cancellation के लिए eligible नहीं होते।

5. Intellectual Property

सभी products और content का copyright Ebookwaala.in या हमारे content creators के पास है।
Products केवल personal use के लिए हैं।
Unauthorized copying, resale या redistribution strictly prohibited है।

6. User Responsibilities

सही email और payment details देना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
अपने download links किसी और के साथ unauthorized तरीके से share करना allowed नहीं है।
किसी भी fraudulent activity पाए जाने पर आपका account suspend किया जा सकता है।

7. Limitation of Liability

हम किसी भी indirect, incidental या consequential damage के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। हमारी liability हमेशा खरीदे गए product की कीमत तक limited होगी।

9. Governing Law
