Refund & Cancellation Policy

📌 Quick Summary:
  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, courses) instant delivery वाले हैं — download के बाद refund नहीं मिलेगा।
  • Refund केवल special cases में: duplicate payment, wrong product delivered, non-working link (fix न हो पाए), corrupt file।
  • Refund request भेजने के लिए support@ebookwaala.in पर Order ID और Razorpay Transaction ID mail करें।
  • Refund timelines: UPI – 1–2 दिन, Card – 5–7 दिन, NetBanking/Wallet – 2–5 दिन।
  • Cancellation केवल pre-order products के लिए release से पहले possible है।

हमारी policy digital products के nature पर आधारित है। Downloadable files एक बार deliver हो जाने के बाद वापिस नहीं ली जा सकतीं, इसलिए सामान्यतः refund नहीं दिया जाता। फिर भी fairness और transparency बनाए रखने के लिए हमने कुछ special conditions define की हैं।

Refund कब possible है

  • Duplicate Payment: अगर एक ही order के लिए payment दो बार कट जाए।
  • Wrong Product Delivered: आपने X product खरीदा पर Y product deliver हो गया।
  • Non-Working Link: Download link काम न करे और support team 48 घंटे में resolve न कर पाए।
  • Corrupt File: Download की गई file open न हो और replacement उपलब्ध न हो।

Refund कब possible नहीं है

  • Download link/email receive करने के बाद “मुझे पसंद नहीं आया” जैसी requests।
  • गलत product user द्वारा खुद select करना।
  • Product से अपेक्षित result न मिलना (knowledge outcome subjective है)।
  • Fraudulent / misuse cases।

Refund Process

  1. Mail करें: support@ebookwaala.in
  2. Include करें: Order ID, Razorpay Transaction ID, Purchase Date, issue का short description और screenshot (यदि available हो)।
  3. Verification: हमारी team 24–48 घंटे में initial response देगी।
  4. Decision: Eligible होने पर Razorpay gateway के माध्यम से refund initiate किया जाएगा।

Note: Bank policies के कारण delay possible है। Timeline exceed होने पर हमें notify करें।

Cancellation Policy

Instant digital delivery वाले products: payment complete होते ही deliver हो जाते हैं, इसलिए cancellation possible नहीं।
Pre-order products: release से पहले cancellation request भेजी जा सकती है; release के बाद नहीं।

हम customers के साथ fairness में विश्वास रखते हैं। Refund/cancellation decisions evidence और eligibility के आधार पर लिए जाते हैं।
